COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to give you an update on the changes we have made in our office to ensure your safety is our main priority during the 2020 tax season.

Please be advised masks are mandatory throughout the building and our office.

If you are intending to drop off documents, we have placed two drop off boxes at the front reception area. If the front end is busy upon your arrival, please use the drop off box placed just inside the front door. If you wish to send your documents electronically, you may contact Alexandra at alexandrar@leeandsharpe.com to request a secure link to upload your files.

If you wish to speak with one of our members of staff, please call ahead and book an appointment first. Please note meetings will be held by Zoom or conference call unless other arrangements have been made with Adam, Sandy, or Doug.

When picking up your documents, please call our office from the parking lot or prior to leaving your home to aid in proper physical distancing protocols. If the office line is busy when you call, please try again a few minutes later as we are likely helping other clients.

We will also offer curbside drop off and pick-up if you are unable to come upstairs.

If you are unwell, have recently returned from overseas travel, or have come into contact with someone with COVID-19, please do not enter our office even if you do not have any symptoms.
